Privacy Policy

Apex Velocity collects personal information through this website only when you submit the Genesis Alignment Brief: business-contact details (name, role, organization, business email) and the answers you write. No credentials, no uploads. We do not run advertising and we do not use third-party tracking.

Your brief is held confidentially and used only to evaluate and scope a potential engagement. On submission it is canonicalized and hashed (BLAKE3-256); the resulting fingerprint is your receipt, sent to you by email and recorded on our side. The brief and its fingerprint are delivered to our internal engagement-operations system; the receipt email is sent through our email provider.

Retention: briefs are retained for twenty-four months from submission unless you request earlier deletion or an engagement begins (in which case the engagement terms govern); the fingerprint may be retained indefinitely.

When you book a working session, scheduling is handled by our booking provider (Cal.com) under its own privacy terms. We receive only the details you choose to share in order to arrange the meeting.
